The HG team sprang into action recently for our annual 5K charity run!

The event is a great opportunity for team bonding as well as promoting the benefits of exercise for physical and mental wellbeing.

This year we’ll be donating funds raised to three charities which are important to HG – mental health charity Mind, Riding for the Disabled Association and YMCA – Welwyn Garden City Hostel.

Well done to all the 5K runners and walkers! We had a great day and thanks to everyone who has already donated so generously!
