Collaboration underpins our successful project delivery.

Through early engagement with our clients and the involvement of design teams and the supply chain, we gain a comprehensive understanding of your visions and how these can be best brought to life. A collaborative approach based on value engineering, buildability reviews and de-risking ensures optimum, high quality solutions for our clients, on time and on budget.

Our continued investment into our in-house capabilities gives us greater control over project cost, quality and programme. We deliver key packages across our schemes including M&E, cranes, concrete frames, piling, bathroom and utility pods, mitigating the risk of external third parties and generating significant advantages for our clients.

Tower cranes are pivotal to the speed and flow of the build programme. HG has invested in its own fleet of 31 tower cranes, enabling rapid mobilisation and complete control of programme.
