WELFARE AND WELLBEING

Protecting the physical and mental wellbeing of our people is a core principle of our culture, because we understand that people perform at their best when they feel at their best. We have signed up to the ‘Mates in Mind’ programme to help raise awareness about the importance of wellbeing in the workplace, to reduce any stigma around poor mental health, and to provide our people with clear guidance should they ever need it.
