The sun shone on our Avonmouth Street Topping Out ceremony, with the wider project team, Your Tribe and Aitch Group coming together to mark the milestone.

Avonmouth Street is a high-quality mixed use scheme in Elephant and Castle and is HG’s second development for Your Tribe. The student housing led development will comprise 226 student beds along with amenity space over 14 storeys, with commercial space on the basement and lower floors. HG is self-delivering the frame, M&E and offsite bathroom pods, securing programme and quality benefits for the client.

This logistically complex scheme has required a solutions-focused approach. Our team has successfully managed challenges including extensive temporary works to enable the excavation of a double basement – seamlessly delivered by our internal delivery teams to keep everything on track.
