HG Construction has secured its first scheme in Birmingham – a 622 bed PBSA scheme for Fusion – one of the UK’s largest privately-owned developers and operators of student accommodation.

The Bristol Road-based scheme will be built across four blocks ranging from eight to 17 storeys. Designed with student wellbeing in mind, it includes a basketball court, two-storey gym, dedicated yoga studio and wellness area, as well as landscaped external amenity areas. Located in a well-connected part of the city, the scheme offers excellent access to Birmingham’s major universities.
