This striking 15-storey development for YourTRIBE marks our second successful collaboration, providing 226 student beds along with first class amenity spaces, as well as commercial units in the basement and lower floors. Just minutes from the University of the Arts and London South Bank University, 35% of the accommodation is affordable, improving access for local students.

From the complex double-basement excavation to the transformation of the public realm, this project navigated significant logistical challenges. Employing innovative solutions and fostering collaboration, the team kept the programme on track throughout and delivered ahead of schedule. The development now seamlessly reconnects the site to Newington Gardens and has boosted the local environment with improved pedestrian and cycle routes that encourage greater community use and access.
