Last weekend, our in-house team successfully climbed Tower Crane TC1 to a new operational height of 66m – the first step in a complex crane strategy to deliver 29-storey Trocoll House.

This operation marks a UK first for the Moritsch Cranes RTL-195 and mast type, executed with precision while Barking Station remained fully operational just metres away. Huge credit is due to everyone involved in the planning and delivery 👏

Trocoll House is a transformative development occupying a strategic site adjacent to Barking Station. It will create a new gateway to Barking and provide 198 build-to-rent apartments – 35% of which are affordable – helping regenerate the town centre and provide secure, high-quality housing for local residents and young professionals.
