Working closely with HG Living and International Students House, our team has taken this scheme from concept to completion with a clear focus on quality, safety and delivery.
The development provides 185 student rooms across a nine‑storey concrete‑frame building, comprising high‑quality amenities including study areas, communal spaces, a community café and extensive external works. The scheme incorporates sustainable prefabricated elements such as HG Offsite Solutions’ bathroom pods, securing quality and programme benefits.
Delivering the scheme ahead of schedule is a testament to the commitment and expertise of everyone involved. The result is a stunning new building that will serve as a vibrant home for international students for years to come.
