The latest approval is for a new 24‑storey student accommodation scheme in Elephant & Castle — a Maccreanor Lavington‑designed development delivering 244 student rooms on a complex brownfield site beside the railway arches at Rockingham and Tiverton Street.

This milestone caps a year of strong progress for HG. Following our first Gateway 2 approval in May 2025, the second half of the year has seen a notable increase in approval pace. This momentum reflects the commitment of our teams and the value of applying learnings from every submission as we move forward.
