This week we celebrated a major milestone on our fourth scheme with McLaren Property | Living | Regeneration – the topping out of Water Lane, a landmark Build to Rent development in the heart of Leeds’ South Bank.

This scheme represents our third project in Leeds, and we’re fortunate to have built an exceptional local presence. A huge thank you to our site team, whose leadership and dedication have driven the project to this point.

Water Lane will deliver 375 new homes, extensive resident amenities, roof gardens and high-quality public realm and landscaping – transforming a former car park into a vibrant new community.
