Works are progressing well at Canada Street Block C, where we’re currently delivering a 13-storey co-living scheme for Morro.

The External SFS, EPDM, glazing and roof works are now complete, and the scheme has achieved the watertight milestone. Internally, works are progressing at pace with level 1 to level 4 now at client inspection stages. Amenity fit out works to level 1 and level 13 have commenced.

This impressive co-living scheme comprises 135 studio apartments and high-quality shared amenities including a cinema, gym, lounge and external terrace.

HG’s 12th scheme for Scape and Morro – Canada Street Block C is another strong example of what close collaboration and a shared vision can achieve. We look forward to sharing more updates as the scheme forges ahead towards completion.
