HG Construction has been appointed to the new SNG Contractor Framework for Affordable Homes, following a competitive tender process.
HG has secured a position on six of the Framework’s 12 lots, for mid and high value contracts (valued up to and above £45 million), across the London & East, South, and West regions. The Framework officially commences on 1 April 2026 and spans four years, with a possible two-year extension.
HG Construction has a proven track record in delivering high quality affordable homes schemes, drawing on its strong in-house capabilities to secure best value and programme certainty for its growing client base. Recent affordable homes schemes delivered by the contractor include Brooke House in Acton for L&Q and Women’s Pioneer Housing, and Glengall Rise in London and Free Wharf in Shoreham-by-Sea for Southern Housing.
SNG is one of the UK’s largest and most reputable housing providers. Formed through the 2023 merger of Sovereign Housing Association and Network Homes, it owns more than 80,000 homes and serves over 210,000 residents across the South of England. Its 10‑year investment plan totals £9.2bn, including a commitment to deliver 25,000 new homes and regenerate existing communities.
