Our Watkin Road scheme for valued client YourTRIBE has made excellent progress since works began earlier this year.

Located just moments from Wembley Stadium, the development will deliver 609 high‑quality student beds across two buildings of 19 and 27 storeys. On the south block, the capping beam is now underway and bulk excavation has commenced, while on the north block, the core jump form is advancing towards level four.

In line with previous YourTRIBE schemes, the project includes thoughtfully designed amenity spaces that enhance the student living experience, alongside 15,000 sq ft of commercial space.
