We’re pleased to share this short video showcasing 238 Kennington Lane, recently handed over to International Students House (London) by HG Construction and HG Living three months ahead of programme.

This striking scheme delivers 185 high‑quality student rooms, supported by modern amenities including dedicated study areas, communal spaces, a community café and extensive external works. The project also incorporates sustainable prefabricated elements, including HG Offsite Solutions’ bathroom pods, helping to drive quality, efficiency and sustainability benefits throughout the build.
