Free Wharf, Shoreham is finished/ HG’s masterplan scheme for Southern Housing Group, delivering 283 affordable and shared ownership homes across
Phases 1 and 2, alongside commercial space for the local yacht club and waterfront hospitality on this marine site.
Phase 1 – brought 137 homes and ground floor commercial space to the waterfront.
Phase 2 – completed the masterplan with two further residential buildings, eight and seven storeys, and a landscaped blue roof podium deck above basement parking.
