Bollo Lane is a major mixed-use development in South Acton, West London, being delivered for Hurlington Capital. Situated adjacent to Acton Town Station, the scheme forms part of the ongoing regeneration of the Bollo Lane corridor, delivering new homes, student accommodation and commercial space in a highly connected location.

The development comprises two key buildings. Block AB is a 21-storey building with a basement level, providing 429 purpose-built student beds alongside seven commercial units. Gateway 2 approval for the building was secured in just 22 weeks, marking a significant milestone for the project. Block JK will deliver 95 new homes, providing 100% affordable housing and helping to meet local housing demand and create a vibrant new neighbourhood.
