🏗️ Delivered by our Midlands team: introducing Fusion Loughborough. A new site at Limehurst Avenue, adding to our growing national footprint.

This scheme delivers 541 student beds across a 9-storey, design-led development just a short walk from Loughborough University, the town centre and the train station.

A first look at progress on site:
✅ Block A ground floor slab complete
✅ Block A ground-to-1st columns 30% complete
✅ Block B pile caps 80% complete, with the basement slab being cast this week
✅ All offsite drainage connections complete

Next up: casting the first section of Block A’s 1st floor slab, completing Block A’s columns, and progressing Block B’s basement slab and walls as we prepare for its ground floor.
