The Alba, a new co-living community delivered at Canada Street is complete, and residents are moving in. 🎉

We’re proud to have handed over Block C at Canada Street to Morro, delivering 135 co-living studios across 14 storeys in Canada Water, alongside a cinema, gym, lounge, external terrace and a publicly accessible co-working café. The scheme also includes new landscaping, tree planting and a pocket park.

The Alba is the latest in a growing portfolio of schemes for Scape and Morro, and Canada Street is a site we know well, having already delivered three other blocks here.
