Our team at Avonmouth Street are making tremendous progress, with the student led housing scheme really starting to take shape. Our second scheme for Your TRIBE, the development comprises 226 student beds along with amenity space over 14 storeys, with commercial space on the basement and lower floors.

RC frame has just two pours to go, the first elevations of brickwork are complete, and the internal fit out and show units are underway.

This is a logistically challenging scheme which required extensive temporary works to enable the excavation of a double basement – a solution which enabled the early works to proceed efficiently and seamlessly.

The development will transform the existing site with attractive new façades and landscaping, connecting the building to Newington Gardens and the surrounding area.
