Across HG, women lead in site management, technical and digital roles, administration, and leadership – bringing diverse perspectives that help build our future.

Here at HG we’re progressing:

• 4% increase in women employed across HG year-on-year (Jan 2024 to 2026)
• 20% increase in women represented on our Operational Board over the same period
