We love this flythrough video of Glengall Rise – a striking new mixed-use development in Southwark delivered for our long-standing client Southern Housing.

Built on the site of a former factory and warehouse, this scheme comprises 170 high-quality affordable apartments across four blocks, with commercial space at ground and first floor levels. In keeping with the character of the local area, we’ve retained the original façade on two elevations and thoughtfully incorporated the site’s industrial chimney into the design – preserving a piece of Southwark’s heritage while creating homes for the future.
