Our recently completed scheme at Lambeth Mission for Citygrove Securities Limited has delivered a wonderful new building for Lambeth Mission & St Mary’s Church, in addition to a 12 storey Premier Inn with 137 rooms.

Replacing a 1950s church complex, the new church will open seven days a week, serving as a worship space, café, community centre and meeting place for local charities and youth groups. The new modern, accessible church building also includes three new light-filled apartments, and an existing statue and other historical elements have been sensitively incorporated into beautifully designed outdoor spaces.

At the new Premier Inn, hotel guests will benefit from the scheme’s attractive location close to Waterloo and South Bank, with many attractions just a short distance away.

With striking architectural details throughout and a BREEAM Excellent rating, the new mixed-use scheme has made a very positive addition to the local area.
