We had the pleasure of welcoming The Lighthouse Charity to one of our sites this week for an insightful and engaging session with our workforce.

With free coffee in hand, staff took a well-earned break to hear from the Lighthouse team, who delivered a relatable and impactful talk on the vital support available for:

✅ Emotional Wellbeing – Managing stress, anxiety, depression, and anger
✅ Physical Wellbeing – Addressing aches and pains, weight management, and addiction support
✅ Financial Wellbeing – Emergency aid, budgeting, retirement planning, tax, CIC, and legal advice

The speakers really connected with the team, making it a worthwhile and valuable afternoon. The construction industry can be challenging, but having access to this kind of support makes a real difference.
