We love these drone shots of THE BeCa, a landmark residential scheme for Avanton Limited on the Old Kent Road.

Our team is making excellent progress on this project – now reaching topping out stage on the 15-storey west block. HG is internally delivering piling, concrete frames, drylining, bathroom pods and mechanical and electrical services on the scheme, enabling us to secure programme, environmental and quality benefits.

Once complete, the scheme will provide 292 new homes, including 64 social rented apartments. As the first residential phase of the wider Ruby Triangle masterplan, THE BeCa will help deliver much‑needed homes, new public spaces and long‑term opportunities along the Old Kent Road.

We look forward to celebrating the topping out of the second block in spring – onwards and upwards!
