Strong progress continues at Water Lane in Leeds, where we’re delivering a new Build to Rent scheme for McLaren Property | Living | Regeneration and Heim Global Investor.

The BeckYard scheme is located in the South Bank Regeneration area, an emerging residential and mixed-use quarter located in Leeds city centre. The scheme is transforming a vacant former car park site into a vibrant, residential led neighbourhood comprising 375 new homes along with high quality amenity spaces.

Our team finished 2025 on a high with the completion of Block A’s concrete frame, with Block B is set to follow in the early part of this year. Externally and internally, works are progressing well, supported by HG Offsite Solutions with the timely supply of prefabricated bathroom pods and utility cupboards.

We will soon be commencing façade works; window and SFS installations are continuing, and brickwork will follow closely behind. Fit‑out is gathering momentum across both buildings, and roofing works are underway.

We have an excellent supply chain in place and look forward to the remaining fit‑out trades joining us on site in the coming weeks. We are excited to build on the momentum of the past year and to bring this exciting new scheme to life.
