Benedict’s Gate was HG’s fourth project for client Alumno Developments. A challenging scheme, the scope encompassed redevelopment of a public car park to enable a new 5 storey build above followed by reinstatement and modernisation of the car park below.

This high-quality scheme provides 302 studios and cluster flats with en-suite and communal facilities in addition to social and amenity spaces, a gym, landscaped courtyard and enclosed bicycle storage.

The project was designed and constructed optimising innovative modern methods of construction solutions including a light gauge steel frame (LGSF) and off-site manufactured bathroom pods.
