A redevelopment of the previous Network Rail Arches, this impressive student accommodation project for long-standing client SCAPE created 412 studio rooms and cluster flats. The development comprised four towers located in two main blocks, East and West, which were connected by a four-storey linking structure. The scope further included a one-storey bicycle storage area, communal areas, study areas and a gym.

The superstructure consisted of an RC frame with a facade comprising perforated cladding panels and black brickwork in addition to prefabricated bathroom pods.

An extremely logistically challenging project, the site was situated in-between railway lines and bordering Regent’s Canal and adjacent residential properties.
