This significant large-scale mixed use development will deliver modern student and residential accommodation alongside commercial and health space. The scheme comprises 3 new student accommodation blocks (3-10 storeys high) and a separate residential housing block with affordable housing allocation.

The construction is traditional masonry with SFS and concrete frames in parallel to an innovative pre-cast concrete banding façade solution, which provides built in fire proofing while achieving the design aesthetic.
