This key residential/ mixed use scheme comprised 40 residential units in parallel to 32,000sqft of Cat A commercial fit out.

All properties were a high specification including 33 for private sale and 7 Housing Association/ shared ownership. The scope included a basement to provide duplex commercial accommodation and two roof terraces for resident use.

The scheme was constructed using both traditional and Modern Methods of Construction solutions, specifically a Steel Framing System (SFS) clad with brick and off-site manufactured utility pods.
