Dock East is a high-quality large scale, complex conversion and extension scheme located in the Isle of Dogs and adjacent to Millwall Outer Dock. The works transformed a 1980s office/ commercial building into 108 modern, residential apartments.

The scope comprised extensive strip-back to the original concrete structure and major internal and external alteration works including stair cores, services, drainage, attenuation, plant and fit-out.

Expanding to 8 storeys, the structural layout was transformed with the addition of new floors and extended floor space both vertically and horizontally including substantial roof terraces.
