Hathaway House was a 14-storey design and build development comprising 79 new luxury residential homes in Westminster. The allocation included 25% affordable housing contribution, shared ownership and private sales.
A restricted site close to the Westbourne Park Underground Station and canal, the project footprint spanned over 23,000sqft including commercial and health care space (Cat A fit-out), a basement and secure underground parking.
The construction was a traditional frame in parallel to Modern Methods of Construction including off-site bathroom pods and utility cupboards. The scheme was delivered with sectional completions for the NHS facility, affordable and private residential units.
