The Hill House development situated above Archway tube station was the removal of the existing façade and finishes from the original eleven storey office building back to the structure, then extended vertically by two floors with steel frame, and all fully clad in a unitized façade and brickslip system.

A total of 168 apartments have been created in total with duplex units formed on the top two new floor levels.

An extensive validation exercise was undertaken to expose the original building foundations with a carbon wrap used to reinforce the stair cores.
