Kingsland Locke was a high-quality aparthotel development on behalf of client SACO Property Group’s Locke boutique brand.
The scope encompassed initial demolition of the previous retail store and construction of a new 124 room hotel including part-basement comprising suites, studios and one-bedroom apartments. At ground level, 100m² of A3 shell units were developed to house a co-working area, coffee shop and micro brewery.
The scheme was constructed with an RC concrete frame stretching up to the fifth floor and a mix of masonry and aluminium cladding to externally wrap the building.
