This project for McLaren Property Limited, comprises the re-development of the former petrol station in Mill Road Cambridge. 

The project provides 270 rooms of student accommodation in cluster and studio format in four blocks ranging in height from basement to third floor together with landscaped external works.

The basement to the front block is formed using sheet piling with instu concrete and staircases up to first floor closed panel timber frame above.

CFA piles and a raft slabs were used on the rear blocks with closed panel timber frame clad in a mix of hand laid brickwork, aluminium and timber vertical cladding.
