HG’s scheme for established client McLaren Developments comprises 380 student accommodation units, 1100m² of retail space and a 250m² community centre.
The development has been designed and constructed utilising an in-situ frame and HG’s preferred off-site manufactured bathroom pods. Value has been added through the redesign of retaining walls thus negating the requirement for party wall awards.
Delivered with a significant contribution to social value, the completed scheme will provide modern new facilities for the nearby University of Brighton and local Moulsecoomb community.
