NT02 & NT03, Red Bank Riverside, near Manchester Victoria station and part of the 15,000-home Victoria North, is being delivered by HG for FEC. It is HG’s third scheme in Manchester and our first with FEC.

Across plots NT02 and NT03, HG will deliver four buildings providing 895 new homes, with courtyards, a social hub and a range of resident amenities. Gateway 2 approval has been secured from the Building Safety Regulator.

NT02 is a 34-storey tower of 316 build-to-rent homes, FEC’s first development in the rental sector. NT03 comprises three buildings, Falcon, Kingfisher and Midrise, with a combined 579 homes.

HG’s self-delivery capabilities will be used throughout, including piling, cranes, concrete frames and offsite-manufactured bathroom and utility pods, with one crane on NT02 and three on NT03.

With Victoria North Station planned nearby, the scheme will help attract top talent to the area and bring new life to this part of Manchester.
