The Frames was another high-quality scheme for long-standing client Workspace, comprising demolition works and the construction of a new commercial office building. The striking new build provided natural daylight studio office accommodation, open-plan reception area, break-out spaces and meeting rooms.

The structure was a full concrete frame utilising precast vertical elements to aid speed of delivery. A unique design, the external envelope was a challenging mix of deep corten reveals, curtain walling, corten soffits and a bespoke twisted fin brise soleil to the upper floors. Internally fit out of the offices included glazed metal screens, resin flooring, exposed M&E services and a high end design and finish throughout.
