The impressive Hammersmith development is a prominent hotel and PBSA scheme located in the heart of the district, developed by Dominus. Both schemes were delivered by HG Construction ahead of programme.

Sitting on the site of the former Magistrates Court, the new hotel provides 400 guest bedrooms across two separate structures: 12-storey and 8-storey.

In parallel, the PBSA development provides an impressive 713 student beds across two 17 and 12 storey blocks.

Constructed using an RC frame with brick, terracotta and perforated aluminium façade, the completed build includes restaurant facilities.

HG Offsite Solutions provided bespoke bathroom pods on both schemes, delivering quality, programme and sustainability benefits for the schemes, which were handed over ahead of schedule.

A logistically challenging and complex scheme, the site directly borders the busy operational Hammersmith rail line and sewer beneath, necessitating licences and permissions with Network Rail and a Thames Water Buildover Agreement.
