SCAPE Leeds is HG’s latest scheme for long-standing client SCAPE. This impressive development spans two main structures comprising a 32 storey tower and 11 storey lower block.

The new development will deliver 660 student rooms including 240 studios, 420 clusters and 80 cluster kitchens. Reflecting SCAPE’s blueprint, the ground floor areas will host amenity spaces alongside a cinema, communal kitchens, gym, study and break out spaces.  A 4th floor terrace will provide outside space with ample cycle storage at ground floor.

The construction includes a unitised glass façade on the tower and brickslips on the lower block. Sustainable solutions include HG’s preferred off-site bathroom pods and air source heat pumps. The design includes a glass bridge linking the internal atrium and reception.
