Working closely with renowned international student accommodation developer CA Ventures, HG are delivering one of their first schemes in the UK. The new development on Stour Rd in East London comprises a 330 bed student accommodation facility with 11 self contained studios and a separate commercial block. With a focus on supporting the local community, the scheme includes incubator workspace for students, exhibition and performance spaces and affordable spaces for local artists.

Sympathetic to the warehouse industrial setting of the area, the design incorporates a high density of brickwork, an interesting pre-cast façade and coloured window frames to reflect the art influence of the neighbourhood.

Construction includes a concrete frame and HG’s preferred off-site bathroom pod solution.
