This impressive design and build scheme encompassed a 26-storey student accommodation building in the heart of Stratford. The brief consisted of 431 bed spaces with accommodation providing a range and mix of room types.

Rooms for disabled users (5% adapted for use and 5% adaptable) were distributed throughout the building. The development further hosted common rooms, staff facilities, a reception area, café and artists studios with dedicated cycle storage areas outside.

The construction was a slipform core, insitu slabs, precast columns, prefabricated risers, bathroom pods and a specialist unitised façade designed and manufactured in Lithuania.
