The Alba, Canada Street Co-Living Development is HG’s 12th scheme for Scape and Morro, a continuation of a long-standing, successful collaboration.

This co-living scheme for Morro will deliver a 14-storey development comprising 135 studio apartments and high-quality shared amenities including a cinema, gym, lounge, and external terrace. It’s designed to foster community while respecting individual privacy – a model we’re proud to help bring to life.

Canada Street is a significant site for HG, having previously delivered three blocks on the site for Scape, encompassing both student and residential accommodation.

The site is located close to Canada Water Underground Station with two blocks sitting directly above the London Underground Jubilee Line.
