This contract commenced in March 2015 with an onsite period of just under two years to significantly alter the existing structure and introduce lateral and vertical extensions to the building.

The two visible flanks of the building from ground to third were formed used precast concrete brickfaced panels vertically loaded and laterally supported back to the new steel frame extensions. The newly configured lighwell is clad in glazed brick slip panels and feature architectural escape stairs.

A full office fit out with exposed M&E services and timber flooring to the units with resin floor taken through the common areas. The works included the fit out package to the front of house café and Club Workspace areas.
