The Webber Street project entailed the construction of 39 residential dwellings of mixed tenure including private, shared ownership and rental. The development spans across 6 storeys together with 3 additional floors for commercial office space to the basement, ground and first floors.
The construction was secant piled basement with brick cladding and prefabricated Steel Framing System (SFS) external walls. Bathroom pods and off-site utility cupboards were used throughout the scheme.
The site was constrained on three sides by existing structures/ properties and the scope required demolition of several difficult elevations as a result of party wall constraints.
