HG’s latest scheme for long-standing client partner Pocket Living comprises two new build 4-storey blocks, housing 86 one-bedroom homes targeted at local first-time buyers.  The completed development will provide rooftop gardens for resident planting and cycle storage.

The residential blocks are being constructed utilising concrete frames, a brick façade and the installation of off-site prefabricated bathroom pods.

A challenging scheme, the site is located metres away from the busy London Underground Northern Line. This has necessitated extensive engagement with TfL, LUL and the client team to ensure licences and permits are in place to ensure safe and protected delivery of the works.
