We are proud to be partnering with The Skills Centre on a dynamic 3–6 week programme that equips participants with the tools needed to kick-start a career in construction. Throughout the programme, HG Construction will be supporting learners by:

• Week 1: Introducing our business and highlighting how we can assist during their course
• Weeks 2–3: Providing a site visit where participants meet our on-site team and connect with Falcon Green
• Weeks 4–5: Conducting mock interviews, providing feedback, and identifying potential talent for upcoming projects

With pre-employment programmes, bootcamps, career talks, interviews, and S106 placements, we’re helping aspiring construction professionals achieve real-world insights and access to valuable connections.
