We are delighted to be on track to deliver our first project for Legal and General Affordable Homes at 1 Commerce Road, London later this year.

This project consists of 76 units (67 shared ownership and 9 rented) and one commercial unit. Built over 6 levels, the ground floor houses the plant rooms and car park, and the existing façade has been retained with new Crittal Windows installed. Piling, cranage, groundworks, frame and PUCs have all been delivered using HG Construction’s internal capabilities.

As always, it’s been a massive team effort along with our partners to keep this project on track – no mean feat throughout the pandemic.
