Recently, we marked an exciting milestone at 55 West in Ealing with the topping-out ceremony 🏗️🎉in partnership with MTVH and the wider team bringing this landmark scheme to life.

Once complete, 55 West will deliver 144 high-quality, 100% affordable homes, including London Living Rent and Shared Ownership. The scheme comprises two buildings of 18 and 12 storeys, with split-level ground floor amenity and commercial space, plus a communal roof garden for residents 🏢🌿
Located almost directly above West Ealing Elizabeth Line station, the project has presented some unique logistical challenges. Thanks to a proactive, collaborative approach with Network Rail and other stakeholders, these have been successfully navigated 🚆🤝
