We’ve enjoyed working with Scape on a number of schemes over the past decade, including Scape Guildford Co-Living, one of the UK’s early co-living developments.

That’s why we enjoyed listening to Episode 4 of the PBSA News Podcast, in partnership with Harris Associates, where founder Adam Brockley reflects on the evolution of PBSA, the opportunities within emerging sectors such as co-living, and the importance of continually raising standards.

Adam references the continued success of Living by Scape Guildford, which HG delivered alongside 387 student beds and 113 co-living apartments, creating a vibrant community-focused environment for residents.

Plus, a few stories from the journey along the way… including, by Adam’s own admission, the occasional glass of wine that helped inspire an idea or two 🍷
