The piling commenced at our site on Alscot Rd/Bermondsey Spa Gardens in early February. This is our fifth project for our client Alumno Developments, with more in the pipeline. The scheme will provide fully integrated facilities for 143 students, comprising high-quality rooms with shared amenities including a basement cinema lounge, study room and community area. It is located close to Bermondsey underground station with good access to local higher educational institutions.

This project will add value to the local area providing much needed high quality student accommodation. We are also excited to be involved with some innovative community initiatives as part of this scheme – watch this space for more details as the project progresses.
